True. But these unsupported allegations do help to set a line in the sand, where democrats can launch the predictable demand for gun regulations that would enable the fedgov to confiscate weapons of those who associate with, or even take communications from right of extreme-left groups.

Let’s suppose, hypothetically, because THIS DID NOT OCCUR, that our side, supposedly well equipped with and eager to use “weapons of war” had decided to conduct a true raid, with goals of snatching HVTs, securing physical intelligence, destroying assets, AND having a plan for egress.
NONE OF THAT HAPPENED.
This was not a raid by any means. No goals and no arms to assassinate. To throw that out as a motive is asinine.

The AP said, “federal prosecutors” and also mentioned the FBI and “Justice Department.” I don’t blindly trust the AP, either, and am going to watch the video linked by Travis McGee now. Might get more information from Horny Head Boy himself in the interview.
