While some of the allegations regarding Dominion's systems seem unlikely to be true, many other allegations that have been raised after the election regarding the security and operational characteristics of Dominion voting machines are almost identical to those described by Judge Totenberg in her October 11th Opinion regarding Curling v. Raffensperger, 1:17-cv-2989-AT, Northern District of Georgia.

The expert testimony Judge Totenberg relied on, and her opinions, seem to provide a sufficient basis for some of the claims made regarding Dominion's systems to allow them to be repeated by members of the press without being considered "baseless allegations" or "false" or defamatory.
