With respect to Dominion, I am sure they have and Non-disclosure agreement with the States to prevent releasing any details outside of a criminal investigation.
And there was an audit in MI where enough votes for Trump WERE recorded for Biden to give him the victory until this was caught and reversed.
While it is claimed that this mistake was due to human error, there are various logs and records missing (which by law are supposed to be retained) which make it impossible to confirm.
This report was submitted in court, and is currently the only legal evidence I am aware of which definitively proves Dominion Systems have changed enough votes to switch the winner from Trump to Biden.
Only the cause due to error or criminal intent is not known.
In at least one case I recall....the hand-counted ballots gave one count but when put through the machine the ballots for Biden increased.
The officials redid the operation b/c they were in disbelief....but again the machine gave Biden more votes than the hand-counted ballots.
One explanation that surfaced:
Weighted vote tabulation is a feature of the Dominion system, which is determined by administrative settings. It is described in some of their user manuals.
That system counts votes as decimal numbers and rounds up the final totals so the batches balance.
I cannot imagine a legitimate use for this feature in a US election.
Is this used for anything else but to steal elections?
