Wouldn’t either of those organizations disavow anyone who ever got caught doing their work? Is there a member roster for BLM? For Antifa?

Except their disavowals were made over the summer, first in Utah after Sullivan incited a shooting incident, and then later in DC after an incident at BLM plaza.
BLM had him pegged as a cointelpro, which may not be that far off the mark.
