Honestly Kas, the answer is no.
Nothing in the President’s speech came anywhere close to “incitement”.
Let's say that instead of giving his extremely pacifist speech, that Trump DID say 'Let them take arms'. How would that have even risen to the level of a justifiable impeachment?
