Neither white nor black, but striped = the hat
worn by Kevin.
Numerous times he has placed a prominent bulls eye on his posterior inviting one and all to make use of it.

It’s okay, Kevin. I won’t be donating to or voting for the GOP ever again.

Another reason to screw them in 2022. If “we” help them take the House this scumbag would probably be Speaker.

No thanks.

I was arguing since before the GA runoff — while the GOPe was screaming, “We need these seats to prevent the DemoCommies from having complete power...” —

that this argument is total BS.

It assumes that all 50 GOP senators would ban together to resist the ChiCom agenda the Dims would ram through.

That would never happen.

We already know a dozen commie GOPers (Romney and his scumbag ilk) that would always side with the DemoComms.

They’d take every opportunity to give some pompous-assed speech about how enlightened and fair and balanced and just they were, and then they’d stick the knife in our backs.

The GOP is dead.

They died when they worked with the Dims to block Trump’s success after he was elected.

This is just part of the PR fraud that will become standard doctrine for the now authoritarian government. Either McCarthy had been totally comprised, assuming he was not already, or remains a very low information politician.

We will see a good deal of this kind of in the very near future, and intimidation, blackmail, and pervasive pernicious corruption becomes the premise and doctrine of the new CCP installed regime.

Weak minded fools, as McCarthy has turned out to be, will be no obstacle to the regime’s plans to destroy the culture of a free republic in America. Inevitably, McCarthy will come to some sort of realization, that he was quite wrong. But, saying that this will come way too late, will be an understatement.

Kevin Kevin Kevin. We all admired you for the job you did bringing in a lot of fresh blood into the party, a lot of veterans etc. And now you betray everything and go full deep state neocon on your base.

Trump delivered 200,000 to 400,000 supporters to the capital to protest the steal on short notice.

That’s what he’s guilty of.

He’s guilty of being a very popular president. And for that Democrats must make sure he can’t run again.

Just completed my “voter” re-registration from Republican to “Unaffiliated.” The GOP is dead to me.

The neverTrumper FReepers are going to attack you now. "If you drrnt surrbsribe to the Karl Rorve nerrsletter, the derrrmicrrits wirrrn...derp!"

The Republican Party was, itself, the consequence of an ineffective Whig Party. MAGA Party will supersede the stupid party. Whigs only existed to hate Andrew Jackson, just as the GOP's only raison d'être is hating Trump and us, his supporters. The WhiGOP sure loves the demoncraps.

Then so does Kevin McCarthy and all of the Republicans and Democrats for going a little too easy on BLM protesters all summer long. If that didn’t happen, this “riot” probably would not have happened. Think, Kevin, think.

Kevin McCarthy is and always was a fake and a fraud. That’s what is required to be a success in DC politics. He still flows with whatever direction the political winds blow.

Weak minded fools, as McCarthy has turned out to be..

McCarthy is what happens when the establishment picks a pubic adulterer to head their caucus.

He's a snake - even to his family.

To cross the legal threshold from protected to unprotected speech, the Supreme Court held the speaker must intend to incite or produce imminent lawless action, and the speaker’s words or conduct must be likely to produce such action. These requirements are known as the Brandenburg test. (Brandenburg v. Ohio, 395 U.S. 444 (1969).)

First, incitement to violence requires proof that the defendant intended to incite violence or riot (whether or not it actually occurs). Careless conduct or “emotionally charged rhetoric” does not meet this standard. Second, the defendant must create a sort of roadmap for immediate harm—using general or vague references to some future act doesn’t qualify as imminent lawless action. Finally, the defendant’s words must be likely to persuade, provoke, or urge a crowd to violence. Profanity or offensive messaging alone isn’t enough; the messaging must appeal to actions that lead to imminent violence. (NAACP v. Claiborne Hardware, Co., 458 U.S. 886 (1982); Hess v. Indiana, 414 U.S. 105 (1973).)

By the legal standard, asserted by SCOTUS in Brandenburg, President Trump does not meet any of the criteria. So, Rep. McCarthy, and his followers, are full of sh*t - in plain English. More pointedly, being that most of them are lawyers, they damn well know Trump is innocent of the charge.
