I NEVER get them and a almost never sick. Had a bad cold that lasted a week a few years ago. OTC meds made me feel better. First and last time I had even that in the last 10 years.
Keep your immune system strong, FRiends, exercise every day, eat right, get enough sleep.
I don’t get any vaccines either. Haven’t had the flu since 1977. Come to think of it, that year was the one and only time I got the flu vaccine. Had a bad cold in 2009. Other than that, I rarely get sick. I’m soon to be 66 so I realize I’m pressing my luck, but I’ll take my chances thanks! :-)
