I remember when Brit's son died. I think it was early in 1998 shortly after the Monica Lewinsky scandal broke.

Usually I find Brit worth listening to, but not last night. He was the one spouting balderdash. Probably he was going by what he had been told by high-ranking Republican politicians in Washington. I doubt Trump has lost very many of the ordinary citizens (non-politicians) who voted for him in November 2020.
