Dick Cheney is her father, not her husband.
I do *not* understand how she got elected to the #3 post in her second term!! Maybe the "magic of the Cheney name" among most House Republicans? That magic didn't even work for her in Wyo when she first ran for office - in the GOP WY Senate primary against incumbent Mike Enzi.
She wasn't even born there, and spent like, 2 years of her childhood in WY, because her family lived in DC when Dick was Wyoming's sole Rep during the entire 80s, and she went on to live in DC after that, IIRC. Then suddenly 3 elections ago she waltzes into WY after living outside it virtually her entire life, and challenges Enzi. That went over like a lead balloon. Two elections ago the GOP Rep retired and she ran for it and won it.
I see there are now additional prominent Congressmen who also are calling for her to resign her #3 position - Matt Gaetz and Freedom Caucus leader Andy Biggs and counting ....
Two more Americans... Wyoming, is there anyone better than this idiot? If not Elect a Dem...get her booted...
