Twitter has risen to the level of a UTILITY. Anyone who doesn't SEE that is an IDIOT.
When you get an amber alert and wish to click to see more, WHERE DOES IT TAKE YOU?: TWITTER.
Fire depts. and police depts. post info. realtime to?: TWITTER
Countless of other examples of how Twitter has become a UTILITY and like ANY phone company such communications must NOT LEGALLY be CENSORED by those managing a UTILITY!
Anyone who believes censored communications on Twitter is LEGAL must ALSO believe the phone company has a right to break into your phone line and say STFU!
