The first fight is at the state legislatures. What is neededs is to revamp the election rules, processes and oversight. The courts are not enforcing the laws that the state legislatures are passing. To fix this, the oversight needs to be taken back into the legislature.
Ultimately, is a county is found to not be following state laws, the the legislature needs a “kill button” that removes the entire county’s votes. I.e Fulton County, you are not allowing GOP monitors in as required by law, no votes for you.
Since it works in their favor, the RATs will oppose and prevent it.
And then here comes the federal judge to say needing ID is unconstitutional.
