Good for you. My son was 18 when he bought his own house, (mortgage) no co-signers. Small but quite livable. He’s 46 now and lives in a beautiful, paid for home.

How much was the house and how much was the pay and how much were taxes?
i bet your grandson will be not able to do that. what is an average home today, $750,000? What is the average pay, $45,000?
