OK, now tell me what would the enforcement of that vote entail to prevent him from taking office if he was duly elected? I do not believe it exists.

C'mon, really? In order to be sworn in as President, you have to be eligible under the Constitution. 35 years old, natural born citizen, and not have been impeached, found guilty, and had the penalty imposed by the Senate.

Under your logic, if AOC were 'duly elected' then she should be sworn in as President, even though she is not yet 35 years of age.

Where did you read that?

Article II section 1 only states:

No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.
The rest you appear to have added because it's not on the Constitution. &nbnsp; So I should give back to you, "C'mon, really?"
