This happened recently in Chicago. No death penalty in Illinois.
There is a death penalty in MO, but it’s the Feds who are executing her...maybe because she crossed state lines to commit both her crimes.
Skidmore, MO is the small town where the local town bully was shot to death in broad daylight in front of dozens. The killers have never been identified. This was 40 years ago.
