Association launched a historic investigation into US President Donald Trump's personal attorney Rudy Giuliani on Monday for his role in supporting and provoking the storming of the US Capitol building. Before the riots, which saw Trump supporters violently storm the Capitol to stop Congress from certifying the electoral victory of President-elect Joe Biden, Giuliani gave a speech where he called for a "trial by combat."

"As the nation’s largest voluntary state bar association, NYSBA has a responsibility to defend and protect the rule of law," it said in a statement. "Based on these complaints, and the statement Mr. Giuliani uttered shortly before the attack on the Capitol, NYSBA President Scott M. Karson has launched an inquiry pursuant to the Association’s bylaws to determine whether Mr. Giuliani should be removed from the membership rolls of the Association."
The investigation is further motivated by the fact that Giuliani could be seen as violating NYSBA bylaws by supporting "the overthrow of the government of the United States, or of any state, territory or possession thereof, or of any political subdivision therein, by force or other illegal means."

I was there on Jan. 6, there was no riot.

There at present many articles and individual posts proposing the question of what we are to do to prevent our country and our way of life from being lost.
I beg to differ.
Our country is already lost and the question should be: What will we do to get it back?
It is lost because a country that can create crimes that never existed, warrants clearly illegal and a chain of evidence that is clearly pure fiction as they did in the case of General Flynn and Roger Stone is not the same country created by our founders and designed to operate under the Constitution.
If the people now in control of our country can ban the sitting president from social media, threaten impeachment based on fictitious charges, use the 25th Amendment to throw him out of office, they can do the same to any one of us.
The fact that threats are being made today to silence or remove Nunes, Hawley, Cruz and any others who shared their views and efforts and to ban Trump employees from any future public job demonstrates that no citizen of the United States is safe from their punishment.
Sidney Powell, Flynn for the second time and all who worked with them are next to get punished. General Flynn must be a very brave and patriotic man to subject himself to another “treatment”.
The facts are irrefutable. The country is already lost and the remaining question is: What are we going to do to get it back?

What, they took this long to actually get up the nerve to accuse Giuliani of the preposterous? They must really fear him and the truth. It is clear to me that our governments are full of very small people, easy to intimidate and willing abandon any sense of justice or morality for political reasons. God help us all.
