Texas will divide itself into 5 states and draw voting districts to remove blue impacts. 10 Senators.
It’d be the 5 major cities all of which vote Democrat.
That would (if permitted to happen) probably be a net +2 for the dems... The West and East Texas Senators (Rural and small towns) would be pubbie, the 3 states centered on DFW, Austin/San Antonio, and Houston would be solidly rat. Cities in Texas are just as liberal as the ones in Ohio or Colorado.
