It is reported that the Capitol police officer killed was defending the Capitol but was known as a Trump supporter. One officer badly beaten was black. Almost all the people surging on and breaking into and/or entering the Capitol were white, as can be clearly seen in the many angles of video reporting available. This information will certainly “color” the narrative and not in a good way.
