Does anyone understand the real power a unified group of 75 million disaffected voters could wield??
A Credit Card Processing company? what if 75 Million People just STOPPED using Credit Cards and decided to PAY CASH for 100% of their Purchase for the next 4 years?? I have done it for Years, Most if Not all would be Bankrupt in 6 months, and at 4 years they would all be gone.
This would also likely destroy a few Banks in the process, they only survive because of the revolving debt.
I posted this yesterday in another thread, and the same goes for the idea. It would CRIPPLE the Money Grip.
Did you know that if 10%-20% of ANY Financial Institution’s customers CLOSE their Account and Withdraw all their funds in CASH and only CASH, that Institution will be Insolvent Immediately and SHUT DOWN by the Banking Regulators, see Continental and IndyMac. If you don’t withdraw the funds in CASH they can keep the con going with fancy internal accounting, but with the DEPLETION of CASH RESERVES they CLOSE!!!
agree 1000%....in many ways the timing of this could not be better for us. The left and their corporate minions are showing their true colors and there aren’t any elections for a long time...
Of course the GOPe has no backbone to fight, so once again its up to us...
Yeah getting paid by direct deposit will be interesting, as will paying most bills without a bank account. As more places go to online delivery only, that’s off-limits too. Most grocery stores are semi-automated with self-checkout. That’s impossible too.
I don’t actually remember the last time I actually used cold hard cash or a check for anything outside the Philippines (here is a mostly cash-only society, with little credit card use).
Which credit cards does Stripe process?
This is becoming more and more common where I live. We must starve the beast as much as possible.
Paid cash for new tires (at request of tire store), a holiday dinner I had catered (got a 15% discount plus desserts added for free), always at my hair and nail salon (their request) and more. I'm asked to pay in case. I have a debit card that can be used like a credit card that I need for travel, otherwise, it's cash and carry (and everyone is happy).
