Fascism absolutely is an economic model. It is statism. Mussolini’s motto was “Everything within the state, nothing outside the state, nothing against the state”. The corporations were dominated by the state and existed to serve the state.

Afraid not ace.

Fascism or corporatism is a system where the state bank, trade unions, and corporate management control industry.

Where you get “statism” from I don’t know since all forms of socialism aim for a stateless society in which the state has withered away.

Likewise all socialism aims for the abolition of capitalism.

Leftists claim fascism is “right wing” since Italy was a monarchy and in Europe right wing means monarchist.

Nazism and Leninism both eliminated unions, an essential element of fascism, and Nazi Germany, Italy and the Soviet Union all relied on the use of armed force.

The US being both anti-monarchist and capitalist is in no way “fascist”.
