Of course they can. Who’s gonna stop them and how? The Rinos? The Supreme Court? They will do it and say it’s legit and the Supreme Court will say nobody has any standing to challenge it.
Don’t really care what the Dems do. They are irrelevant to everyone but themselves. The RINO’S are worthless. It is time to get them all out by whatever means necessary.
