China has done the same totalitarian lockdown before. Yet, here we are. As soon as some opening occurs, the spread starts and the outbreaks occur.

Until they vaccinate the whole country of 1.5 billion people, then yes.
They need to spread new strains to out for the vaccines since irs a bio attack, killing their own , just another day..
