I doubt that Trump will finish his term due to resignation or the 25th amendment route. Regardless, if he does he is facing prison time from the incoming administration and DOJ. There’s a thousand ways to charge anyone for a crimes. The laws are set up to use in that way if desired.
Yes, and that supports my argument that he needs to be gone and out of the reach of US authorities and somewhere that will not only not extradict him, but defend his freedom from US agents.
