I have watched the video of ghe shooting many times. This is what I see:
- hand holding gun, extended, shooter wearing suit, not uniform
- aims gun starts squeeze, stops
- flicks safety off
- repositions gun, aims, starts squeeze, gun discharges

This is going over and over in my mind. As a shooter of many years and hundreds of thousands of rounds, this is a deliberate act, not a reflexive act.
This was an assassination.

It appeared to be an intentional head shot by a person in suit jacket or sport coat, with French Cuffs and cuff links.

The shooter’s hand appears to the hand of a Black person and there is a bracelet around his wrist.

The shot appeared be a controlled kill shot to the victim’s
head, not a body centered shot.

As you noted an assassination!
