Have to agree to terms and services( lengthy), need an email addy, need to post last four of SS and a phone number. Then you need a username,password and a pin number and activate the card over the phone.
I do wonder just when they had the time to make a card and add money too it( easier) when the 6500 page bill no one read was barely printed?
