Even then, Google, Microsoft and other browser developers can easily block access to their (Parler) URL.

Exactly like they do in China now.

There are free & open source web browsers, you know. They won’t be blocking anything. A browser that blocked something could be trivially defeated with port-forwarding software anyway. That software already is included in Windows. (The program is “netsh”, if you’re interested.)
