Their real crime is not banning Donald Trump and his supporters. They made no attempt to define objective rules about how Parler should censor actual incitement to violence.

Their real crime is not banning Donald Trump and his supporters.
They allowed Donald Trump (POTUS) to use their site for communicating with his followers. POTUS isn't on Parler. It would only be about his supporters using it now, and the potential for President Trump to use Parler in the future.
