They know how to destroy an economy but have no clue how to restart it. I’ve extensively read how China does it. Just kills off massive # of people and then they try again. Lucky for them they have a lot of extra people, and Mao used to brag about that.
China uses slave/prison labor and pays next to nothing wages.
