I just saved everything to my hd so I'll have it it gets deleted. I'm now watching Ann Vandersteel to see how she presents it. I've seen this suggested in a couple places.

I'm not saying I believe it, but the President did an EO that would cover any Emergency Crisis. The President does have the ability to nationalize all Media Networks to go around and preempt anything the Alphabets attempt to do. Apparently the FCC recently sent a memo to reinforce that it is a federal crime to attempt to hinder the EBS in a State of Emergency.

In addition to this, in November, Special Operations was elevated to a Military Department level, circumventing the leadership of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

Acting Secretary of Defense Christopher C. Miller directed the Assistant Secretary of Defense for special operations/low-intensity conflict to report directly to him.
