That’s true. I look at the Constitution as bordering on inspired by God. They did say (John Adams?) that it only works for just and moral people (or something like that). America is not that any more, sadly.
The are things like domain blacklists that most of the main relays and providers use. I'm sure just having gmail.com and exchange.com blacklist a domain could cull easy reception of email for many, many people.
