So the ayatollah, and numerous other dictatorial regimes can have Twitter accounts with no issue despite threatening genocide to entire countries and killing homosexuals etc... but The President of the United States should be permanently suspended.

Sorry, I think this is a dumb take by the Trump people. They seem to be saying twitter isn’t doing ENOUGH censoring - that Twitter should be censoring the Ayatollah. So then when Twitter takes them up on that challenge and censors the ayatollah, it can say, we’re also going to continue censoring trump because you’ve stipulated that we have the power to censor , you were just quibbling about how broadly we should exercise it
The better argument for trump to make is, stop the censorship , you’re basically a public forum and can’t decide whose ideas people get to hear.
A small gesture: No matter which social media platforms you use, change your profile image to the Trump photo. Can still be saved from his Twitter account.
Let the Big Tech oligarch homos see a sea of Trump faces! (If they pause long enough to pull their heads out of each others’ asses.)

Wrong. Twitter censors neither the Ayatollah, queers that run down straight people, lgbtq that are bigoted against straight people, leftists that get away woth soeech others can’t, and on and on, or they censor everyone.

Twitter has suspended the account of Ben Garrison, a political cartoonist!!! If Tom Paine was alive today his account would be suspended. Keep in mind: Twitter is not a profitable company. Your nearest pizzeria or nail salon delivers more earnings per share to its owners than Twitter. Many times more. Twitter only exists because it is a “growth” company. If Twitter gets one half of the treatment Fox News rightly received after the election it will disappear. Jack Dorsey or whatever the bearded freak’s name is is a billionaire on paper only, just like Elizabeth Holmes was. A total fraud and sham.

It's not an echo chamber though. There's millions upon millions of otherwise apolitical people on Twitter and other "politically neutral" social media sites who are getting red-pilled. That's why the bans are so important to the left.
