Interesting.
I am flying to CA to see my Oncologist next Month.
I’d better check to make sure that a Cancer Patient isn’t forbidden by Law from seeing his Oncologist before I drive to the Airport.
Very wise ideas.
Rats love changing the rules without notice so they can mess with you...

You might consider flying out early.
You are supposed to isolate/quarantine for 10 days if you fly into CA
I hope all goes well for you and you don't encounter any restrictions. My wife has gone through many treatments in SF here in CA and there were numerous patients that flew in from elsewhere, with family members staying nearby in hotels. I don't see how they can enforce stupid rules like quarantines for people traveling more than 150 miles, especially for medical concerns.
On a side note, we took our car in yesterday for servicing to keep our warranty in effect. As we walked around the dealership commercial area, restauranteurs (that were still open for takeout) rushed outside to hand us menus. We were only walking by but they're desperate for customers and the streets are empty. These lockdown rules are nuts and killing business in the Bay Area.
There is supposedly a 14 day quarantine if you come in from out of state though I don’t know who or how anyone is enforcing it. Hotels are enforcing it by giving out single-use keys - you can get into your room once but if you leave the room the key won’t work a second time. I had a minor-matter court appearance but admitted I had been out of state for Thanksgiving and had to prove that my return flight arrived 14 days before the hearing. But maybe your doctor won’t care or won’t know.
