It has likely been organized for years. No they seem to have the oval office, this is all about preventing a 2024 run.
Nadler is already saying he will essentially bypass impeachment hearings and go straight to a full house floor vote. Articles were prewritten. The senate republicans have neutered themselves and will go along with whatever, hoping the alligator eats them last.
Twelve days. Hell, they couldn’t even draw up the paperwork in that length of time. For articles of impeachment or for the exercise of the provisions of the 25th Amendment, the lag time alone will render any such attempt moot.
But hey, if they want an exercise in futility, nobody can protect fools from their folly.
But if there is such a fever for applying either the 25th Amendment or impeachment, then on January 21st, either one could proceed against the one who is currently President Defect, Joe Biden. And the Vice-President Defect, Chameleon Harris.

My shitbag senator should never show his face in the state again. Any support for the GOP ended on the 6th. Anything that can be done to destroy both parties is support for the the Constitution. The country will need to be re-founded based on the original Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
