After impeachment, a separate vote is taken on disqualification from office.
In the case of Alcee Hastings, no such vote took place, so he was not disqualified.
If Trump is impeached, they will bar him from any future office.

It depends on the sentencing. The Senate can choose what punishment is meted out, within the limits of the Constitution. A permanent bar to running for office is allowed, but if it's not applied, then it doesn't apply.
