Yes, the House can impeach him, but there needs to be a trial in the Senate. Just like last time, just like with Clinton......the clock will run out before a trial can even start.
After the trial, the Senate votes guilty or not, then if guilty a President can be removed.
There just isn’t enough time. The President has a right to a trial and to mount a defense. Preparation will take a couple of weeks.
