She was not a rioter. There was no riot.
I want this guys name because he was in no danger. She was unarmed with Capitol Police right behind her. He murdered her because they needed a body for their propaganda.

There's no sense in twisting words. You can argue her actions were righteous, brave and patriotic, but she/they were rioting. They broke through locked doors, broke windows, and she was climbing into the hallway through the busted out window of a barricaded door. Yes she was unarmed and non-violent. Nonlethal force was the only appropriate response. It was a bad shoot.
There was a cop in full tactical gear standing right next to Ashli that could have pulled her back with 1 finger, and is lucky he wasn't shot. In fact, when Ashli Babbit fell back, the LEO was staring down the same pistol that killed her, and quickly raised his hands to avoid being shot himself. What a sh*+show.
Kinda looks like she was shot while in the custody of SWAT officers. They were there as she was lowered to the floor....
