I don’t believe it was a police officer. A look at the video show’s, me at least, that the shooter wasn’t dressed as a police officer and didn’t not behave as a police officer. The shooter acted very scared, and unsure of his actions. Then retreated after firing. A real police officer would have simply grabbed Ashli when she came through the window and cuffed her.
