He shot dead a unarmed woman veteran of 14 years.
She did not meet the definition for using deadly force.
He actually belongs in prison.
Soft target. He killed someone in cold blooded murder.
I heard it was a Member of Congress.......I heard it was a body guard for a member of Congress.
Has the media even brought this up, note who ordered them released and the reaction they got upon being released:

CHICAGO, Sept. 10 — Four Puerto Rican nationalists released from prison today on President Carter’s order came to Chicago for a rally of their supporters and vowed to carry on their fight for Puerto Rican independence.
At each point the four, three men and a woman, were greeted warmly. After their reunion at O’Hare Airport, they addressed a news conference and then were taken to Roberto Clemente High School, in a heavily Hispanic neighborhood on the city’s West Side.
About 300 people joined a march from the school, while a van carrying the four slowed to let them catch up, to the First Congregational Church about 30 blocks away. There the four gave speeches in Spanish to a crowd of supporters, most of them young people, who cheered, applauded and snapped pictures.
The nationalists were scheduled to go to New York for a news conference tomorrow at the United Nations, and they are to go to Puerto Rico on Wednesday.
Sentenced for Terrorist Acts The four, whose sentences were commuted last week by the President, left prison this morning. Each had served more than 25 years for terrorist activities, three of them for a shooting incident in the House of Representatives and one for an attempt to assassinate President Truman.

Police in the Chambers are plain cloths.
