Usually I prefer the protein of Carlson to the carbs of Steyn, but last night Tucker was saying political violence is always wrong and as for the system, the govt, “we’re STUCK with it.” Suck it up. Whereas Steyn made some sense, regarding the absence of “equality before the law.” For me, Steyn’s always better serious than facetious.

If any political candidate wants my vote, he will have to run as something other than a member of the now-dead Republican Party or the lying, murdering, traitororus Demonicrat Party (or any other leftist party).

The media got the script they wanted yesterday and they are running with it. None of the “mostly peaceful protestors” shtick we were treated to for almost a year. None of the “well, they have a a legitimate grievance” shtick.
Instead of talking about the election fraud, the last weeks of the Trump administration will be about what a bad man he is, quislings in the administration resigning in protest, and how he should be impeached again. Anything he does (special counsels, pardons, declassifications, etc) will be called illegitimate. The deplorables will be portrayed as a mob just as they were even before they assembled yesterday.
There was never going to be a pretty ending to this story because the author of it buys ink by the barrel.

The media whines about the D.C. event and yet they approved of the Portland riots and burning the city for the last six months.
Yet they expected the public to play dead and say yes dear.
Mark is great, but he missed both DC burning this summer with scores of injuries to SS and other law enforcement, 30 people being killed at Blantifa riots this summer, and how it was such a great display of democracy when protesters crashed the Senate office building and forcibly took over Chuck Grassley’s office in 2018.
That will not work. In order to perpetrate fraud you have to have election officials, who take an oath to follow the law, willingly break the law. Will not happen in red precincts.
Republicans will not cheat when adjudicating ballots.
I understand your sentiment that we have to play their game, but their game is illegal from start to finish under state and federal law.
Ron DeSantis cleaned up Palm Beach and Dade Counties in Florida where they had run Chicago like elections for decades. He did this quickly after becoming Governor.
That does not fix what we just witnessed, but it is the only realistic thing we can do.

Liberals instigated violence at Trump’s rallies in 2015 and 2016 to make conservatives look bad.
The same thing is happening here. And it was done to justify systematic oppression of conservatives by Biden-Harris AND scare Republicans into rolling over on the Electoral College vote that was going on.
