The routing slip on the next revision may require the chop of the Chinese Liaison Officer, before final approval


If the Chinese Liaison Officer gets in the way of the expedited deal or makes a fuss, Xi will give him the chop. Xi covets all things US military, especially the acquisition of the US Navy which would greatly ease the long-planed invasion of Taiwan. Xi would buy the capital Coast Guard ships, if they weren’t mostly floating wreaks, especially the current ice breakers.

The Chinese "Chop", or official seal, has been used to sign official documents in China for over 3,000 years.

Looks like we'll have to get up to speed with the new procedures of the incoming Xi Administration (as well as whatever round-eyed puppets they use as front men). In the future, a Chinese Chop might be required in the approval chain of all such new policies...
