Boards of Elections are local government organizations. The state election commissioner is often an elected official. The State Secretary of State is elected. Control those positions and you control the vote count as well as the voter registration process.
True, but massive cheating went on and on via several ways and still nothing was done.
This occurred in selected cities that are forever rat controlled, Detroit, Filthydelphia, Atlanta, Milwaukee.
This was masterfully played out in November 2020.
