There were two cops standing right behind her when she was shot, they were in the frame, and within three seconds of her hitting the floor three more cops or security guards came into view then the camera panned to the right and at least three more could be seen.
You deftly avoided my question though. Why couldn’t one of the two cops who was standing right behind her have pulled her down by hand? They could have. She was not a danger.
As for the cop who shot her being afraid, so, 20 feet away in a long hall, where he couldn’t see the cops standing right behind her (not standing down any stairs) took a shot at her. IOWs he doesn’t know the background of his shot has at least six cops in it.
