Sen. Tom Cotton (R-Ark.) called on President Trump to concede his election loss to President-elect Joe Biden, saying he should "quit misleading" the American people.
“It’s past time for the president to accept the results of the election, quit misleading the American people, and repudiate mob violence,” Cotton said in a statement Wednesday evening.
“And the senators and representatives who fanned the flames by encouraging the president and leading their supporters to believe that their objections could reverse the election results should withdraw those objections,” he continued.
The remarks from Cotton, a key Trump ally, came hours after a mob of Trump supporters forced their way into the Capitol building around 2 p.m., prompting lawmakers to evacuate and suspend their tally of the Electoral College votes certifying Biden's victory.

Little Tommy Cotton attended a Never Trumper confab at an exclusive resort off the coast of Georgia three or four years ago.

Hello? He was voted most admired about a week ago. He has done more good for US citizens in only 4 years than any other president except maybe one. The only way he will be remembered as one of the worst presidents is IF YOU and others let the media and historians paint him that way. It’s up to us to keep the TRUTH alive into the future. Kinda like when a loved one passes and you keep the positive good about them alive by talking of that.
NO way will dems sustain accomplishemnts of Trump, economically, cities will get worse, taxes will financially devote people etc. Trump had us doing well. He will only be seen as bad by fools and weak minded/wishy-washy people.
