I don’t know why Trump bothers to use Twitter. He can easily have his own website where nobody will censor him and he can write anything he wants to.
Habit is the only reason I can think of. When they start treating him with a lack of respect after he leaves office maybe he'll find an alternative. His base will follow him no matter where he is.
