Pence not only ignores that part of his oath to protect and defend the Constitution includes guaranteeing each state a republican form of government, including guaranteeing vote-counting integrity imo, but also that the Civil War Union States ignored any electoral votes of the Confederate States for the election of 1864.

I would have been fine with that, since he could have feasibly done that with Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Georgia (all GOP leges). Maybe Arizona, too. Nevada is Dem, so he would have been SOL there.
