I can't tell who shot her either... it *appeared* to be a Capitol Police officer, but I really don't know.
Horrible to see that live. Prayers for that young woman...

Pause at 0:18. The officer has a suppressor on the end of his gun by the look of it. I would think a suppressed carbine would be quieter than an unsurpressed pistol in that enclosed space.
