The Democrats favor “disaster capitalism”.
That destroys small and medium size businesses (Covid, Antifa and BLM, lots of complicated regulations and mandates, high taxes for these entities and their owners) and favors the large multinational corporations (who can hide capital anywhere in the world—where governments accept the bribes—and can hire the best tax attorneys in the world).
I agree with you, but it seems that they have managed to put together a coalition of voters that puts them squarely in the majority. Their metropolitan machines and lax electoral accountability laws will allow this “disaster capitalism” product to be the law of the land for an indefinite future.
