Just hope that some innocent flight is not shot down because of a temporary glitch in communications.
Transponders on the wrong code (by accident or misunderstanding) failure to change to the correct communications frequency....happens more often than you think.
Every once in a while an ignorant pilot flies in to capital airspace not knowing the space is off limits.
Today especially may be a poor time to unknowingly fly around the capital.
