The construction industry is going at full speed. Most of the construction workers are Mexican or Mexican American. The construction workers live far from the construction sites and they car pool to work from places like East L.A. and Pacoima in the San Fernando Valley. They spread the virus at work and take it home to their crowded family homes.

Yes, they only apply to Caucasian and Asian citizens.
Lockdowns do not apply to illegals and POC!
