Interestingly, the Complaint does not deny the Antifa meeting took place nor deny Oltmann had infiltrated Antifa:

With no legitimate attempt to confirm the identity of these alleged speakers, Oltmann attributed their alleged statements to Dr.Coomer."
But in another breathtaking self-pwn, counsel has actually advanced Coomer's Facebook manifesto against Trump (matching Antifa-style language word-for-word, btw) as an Affirmative Defense!
"In reality, Dr.Coomer, like many, had a private Facebook page that he shared with approximately 300 friends. He shared political views and was critical of President Trump. He shared satire, that Oltmann intentionally disregarded and held out as true. None of it was public. It is unclear how Oltmann came into possession of it."
Again, this is bizarre. Counsel alleges Coomer was merely advancing "satire" when Coomer ranted on Facebook:
" [President Trump is an] autocratic, narcissistic, fascist ass-hat blowhard and his christian jihadist VP, unfriend me now...I'm looking at you Geoffrey Cushing-Murray, Gus Murern, Benjamin Rice...Only an absolute FUCKING IDIOT could ever vote for that wind-bag fuck-tard FASCIST RACIST FUCK!"But Coomer's counsel will have to argue -- that their hostile witness has obtained the same safe harbor of 'satire' that does not extend to the people Coomer has sued. Riiiiiiiight.
