Under Georgia law, a person must be “Registered in the manner prescribed by law......
and must be a resident of the state and of the county or municipality in which he or she seeks to vote.”

Caught on P/V tape, Kimberly Parker of the Central Outreach Advocacy Center in Atlanta freely admitted to illegalities:
“The majority of the people we serve don’t have an address, so we allow them to use our address if they register to vote, and to get Georgia State ID.”

Plus the news cycle was rife with stories about non-residents rushing to GA to fix the election for Democrats.

Parker's registrants (if they even exist) might have voted elsewhere, as well.
